UPDATED PCSD Ticket Policy for the 2020-21 School Year

2020 PCSD High School Ticket Policy

 

The Ohio Department of Health is limiting attendance to 15% of the capacity of all sporting venues. To meet this requirement, we will limit the number of guests per athlete/band member. This is inclusive of anyone who has purchased a pass. At away games, Great Lakes Conference schools will limit the number of guests per athlete to two. 

 

Due to the safety concerns caused by the COVID-19 pandemic, the PCSD intends to transition into a “cashless” entry into our athletic contests.  

 

Family Member Season Pass – A season pass can be purchased by each individual member of an athletic team or their parents only.  The pass is only valid at home regular season games in the purchasers select sport and any intradistrict (within PCSD) away games that the pass purchaser is competing in. Passes are only valid for the sport and level (9,JV, or Varsity) specified on the pass and only when your school is competing in the PCSD.  The pass is not valid for games hosted in other communities, other sports than the sport listed on the pass or when your school is not competing.  The traditional PCSD Athletic Pass Books will not be available for the 2020-2021 school year.

Limit 8 guests per participant


The number of passes permitted to be purchased per athlete is dependent on each sport.  The Athletic Director from each school will determine how many passes can be sold per family based upon individual facility spectator capacity.  

 

Due to the uncertainty with this season, season pass purchasers may be refunded if the season is cancelled.  If the HOME/PCSD game season is more than 50% completed, the pass purchase price will not be refunded. If the season is cancelled prior to the midway point of the home/PCSD game season, then a pro-rated refund will be applied to the purchaser who requests refunds. For example, if there are 11 volleyball games played at HOME/PCSD, then the pass purchase price would not be refunded after the completion of the 6th game.  If the season was cancelled prior to the 6th game, then a prorated amount would be refunded. Pass purchase price will not be refunded for any other reason other than the cancellation of the season due to COVID-19 Pandemic.     

 

Due to the limitations placed on the number of spectators allowed to attend games, No other passes will be accepted including:

PCSD Senior Pass

PCSD Staff ID Badge 

GLC Conference Pass

 

Online Ticketing – Home Town Tickets

Online ticketing will be offered at full gate price (plus service fee) for visiting teams and any walk up patrons. The number of available walk-up tickets will be determined after family passes and visiting team allotment is determined.  Visiting teams will be allotted tickets for two family members per game at an AWAY contest.
